Job Title: Children’s Ministry Pastor 

Summary: We are seeking a passionate, organized, and relational individual to lead our Children’s Ministry. This salaried role requires a heart for helping children grow in their faith through vibrant worship, meaningful bible teaching, community, and outreach. The ideal candidate will excel in volunteer management, curriculum oversight and development, and fostering a welcoming environment for children and families. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing systems and coordinating a variety of events, including camps, and seasonal outreach. This position also requires a commitment to equipping and resourcing parents in their child’s spiritual development. 

Compensation: $45,000–$60,000/year, depending on experience and scope.

This salaried position involves overseeing guest services, managing volunteers, streamlining operations, fostering community engagement through community-building events, and integrating new guests through various touchpoints. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering community and hospitality.
