LEAD PASTOR
Jim Lucas is the Founding Pastor at CLCC where he has served since 1992. He is passionate about helping people enter and enjoy the Kingdom of God.
He is also involved with helping emerging leaders find their calling and place in the Kingdom and has been involved in planting and leading a Seminary at Trinity Western University that equips followers of Jesus to serve in a number of capacities in Canada and around the world.
Jim and his wife Maureen have two adult sons who are involved in the worship ministries of CLCC. He enjoys sports of any type and is a loyal and patient fan of the Blue Jays and Canucks.

ADULT MINISTRIES PASTOR
Rick & Karen Ball have been on staff at CLCC since 2004 and give oversight to the adult ministries of the church. They have three children (Michelle – married to Matt), Brad (married to Carrie), and Brendan who is a part of the 2008 grad class. They recently became proud grandparents when their daughter gave birth to a son – Gabriel Ryley Glombich).
They love living in the Fraser Valley, exploring new sites and adventures as often as possible.

After being involved in full-time pastoral ministry for 20 years, Don Street & his family moved to Abbotsford in June 2003, and in December of that year, joined the staff of CLCC in a part-time capacity as Pastor of Administration. When not working at the church office, he drives bus for the Transportation Department of School District #34.
Don & his wife Marg have just celebrated their 25th year of marriage, and take pleasure in being with their children Shawna (& husband Jon), Nathan (& fiancé Jen), and their youngest son Jonathan. They enjoy life in the Fraser Valley and their involvement
with CLCC.

YOUNG ADULTS AND YOUNG FAMILIES PASTOR
Pastor Jeremy Postal and his wife Candace have served at Christian Life Community Church since 2001 working primarily with youth and young adults. Jeremy has a great passion for studying and teaching Scripture, a heart to see university students come to know and love Jesus, and a desire to see Jesus' church grow in Abbotsford as we love and serve our city. Jeremy spends his time climbing rocks in Squamish, snowboarding in the mountains, and enjoying being a dad and husband.

MUSIC AND WORSHIP ARTS PASTOR
Chad Langerud has been on the CLCC staff since 2003 and serves as Senior High Youth Pastor and Music Pastor. He is married to Jillian and enjoys spending time with her exploring hiking trails and campsites in our beautiful Fraser Valley.

SR. HIGH AND JR. HIGH YOUTH PASTOR
Chris Luff has been married to his gorgeous wife Trisha for over 4 years now and together they have an energetic son(understatement) named Riley. The three of them love to read, spend time in the water and laugh a whole lot. Chris started out as an intern pastor @ CLCC in May ‘04 and has been on staff ever since. His love for youth and his desire to help guide them towards God’s love and plan for their lives is what ignites him to pastor both JRHI and SRHI students of the Fraser Valley. Chris has a heart for making lasting memories both of fun/exciting events and of experiencing Christ’ power to change lives! He is grateful to be a part of God’s ministry and prays that God will continue to use his gifts and passions for His kingdom.

CHILDREN"S PASTOR AND CHILDREN"S WORSHIP ARTS DIRECTOR
Monica Columbus and her husband Gordon have been attending CLCC for almost 13 years, and have 3 children: Joshua (14), Juliana (11) and Jonathan (8). She received her education degree from UBC and has been on staff since 2002. Her first passion is discipleship: seeing kids grow in the grace and knowledge of God.
She also loves to see kids impact their world with Jesus’ love through God’s unique gifts and design for each one. She oversees children’s ministry, and focuses on elementary aged children’s programming including Sunday morning Big City Studio as well as midweek activities like Treasure Quest Kids Club.

EARLY CHILDHOOD PASTOR
Sarah Dueck graduated from Western Pentecostal Bible College, (now Summit Pacific College), where she received her Bachelor of Religious Education Degree with a major in Early Childhood Education.
Her area of leadership includes children ranging in age from newborns to age five, as well as implementing and overseeing our church’s “Plan to Protect” program.
“I am so thankful that I am able to follow my heart and use my God given gifts to minister to children while being a wife and mother to my husband Randy and my two sons, Kallum- 8 years old and Connor- five years old. I am looking forward to meeting your family.”

OFFICE AND FACILITY MANAGER
Jan Mosley works in CLCC’s office as the Administrative Assistant and has been on staff since January of 2005. She and her husband Dave, formerly pastored in 100 Mile House and currently serve on CLCC’s Missions Committee. In their spare time, you will most likely find Jan & Dave walking the seawall and camped out under an umbrella on White Rock Beach with a good book and a great cup of coffee!

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Alyne Shepit recently joined the office staff at CLCC in May of 2008. She has a passion for writing, editing and communications, and a constantly turning, creative mind to help bring these things together. Alyne, and her husband, Dean, can generally always be found together and spend a lot of time outdoors. They are currently involved in the worship ministry at CLCC, and also served as SRHI youth leaders for several years.

COMMUNITY CHILDREN"S PASTOR
Jannah Hansen
graduated from the Church Music Program at Summit Pacific College in 2008. She has been involved in CLCC's Children's Ministry for the past 4 years. She has a heart for reaching young people with Gods love and truth. She leads all Children's Outreach Ministries as well as being involved in local elementary schools and sharing Christs love there. She is excited to see God's transforming work in the heart of CLCC's young people and in our community!
